New Road-Con Website Showcases “People-Driven Infrastructure”

It was clear from day one that the objective for the new Road-Con website would be to promote its people and attract new talent. The West Chester, Pa.-based heavy highway contractor does mostly public work, so new business is a non-issue.

Road-Con has evolved into a prominent West Chester, Pa.-based heavy civil construction company. Through the years, the contractor has expanded into multiple disciplines, including bridge structure replacements and rehabilitations, drilled shaft construction, toll plaza installation, airport rehabilitation, and structural steel retrofits.

The team culture was already strong at Road-Con, so we had a solid foundation to work with. We built the Road-Con website around the theme, “People-Driven Infrastructure.” From the photos to the copy, the goal was to showcase Road-Con’s greatest asset. There was also a great deal of time spent making sure the Employment page was user-friendly for all job seekers.

Fraley Construction continues to provide social media management for Road-Con. This new website will serve as a foundation for our efforts.
