Building a New Website for Agate Construction

Agate Construction reached out in March and was looking for a new website. As a heavy civil and marine contractor, the company was right in the Fraley Construction Marketing wheelhouse as a customer.

In fact, Agate Construction came to us because they appreciated the site we built for a friendly competitor, Commerce Construction. After some positive testimonials from several customers and a phone call with Brian, they were convinced that we combined the right mix of heavy construction and website design knowledge.

The site was dated and needed to be modernized and rebuilt, but one of Agate’s biggest concerns was that it had too much text. We rebuilt the site with more images and graphics and less words. Agate brought some high-quality photos of some unique projects to the table, so the credit goes to them on that level.

Another unique aspect was that Agate brought the IT team from a sister company to the table to stay involved throughout the project. This helped, especially when it came to the technical aspects of the site design.

We rolled out the new website on schedule and continue to host the site. Agate Construction was thrilled with the result as evidenced by the following testimonial from Director of Business Development Jeff Myers.
